After a test is completed you will receive documentation that mentions if the test is a pass or a fail. If it’s a fail the documentation will explain the issue. All our tests come with full NICEIC certification if the test does highlight any electrical faults our electricians will offer professional advice on how to rectify any problems. If you require a quotation for the faults to be fixed, we can provide a free quotation for any remedial works.

Landlords are required by law to carry out BS7671 IEE tests which must be completed by a trained electrical tester. Failure to get your electrics tested to meet the standard regulations may put yourself, your rental property and your tenants at risk.
