S Chapman Electrical has been trading since 1956 and was originally founded by Mr Steve Chapman. The business changed hands in 1986 when it was taken over by Mr & Mrs David French who are the current owners. They company has a long established client base in the North Devon area with its principle office based in Barnstaple. The company now also has a base in Exmouth and undertakes work across Mid and South Devon. Mr David French is a fully qualified and certified electrical engineer with over forty years experience. He is a full member of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) and is Part P registered.
