T James is one of the few companies to have an active apprenticeship scheme ensuring that our workforce is constantly improving. We strongly believe that our success can only be achieved with a comprehensive training and development team. Recently we were in the finals of the East Midlands Apprentice of the Year Award for the second year running which confirms the dedication and passion we have for our young apprentices, adding to the professional qualifications held here at T James.
