Every electrical installation deteriorates with use and time. Therefore, it is important that it is periodically inspected and tested by a qualified electrician to ensure that the home owner and/or tenant(s) are not put at risk by ensuring that the electrical installation is in a safe and serviceable condition. This is a recommendation of the BS7671:2008 IEE Wiring Regulations. We carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (Periodic Inspections) to ascertain the condition of the electrical installation of your property. This Report will show if the installation is up to current BS7671:2008 Wiring Regulations and is carried out to identify any potential hazards and establish the overall condition of the existing electrical installation.
We carry out testing and inspecting on a regular basis for landlords, estate managers, house purchases etc.
