Based near Bodmin, I specialise in domestic properties, whether that be full-time residential or second/holiday homes. I am a fully registered, Part P Qualified, City and Guilds trained, electrical contractor.
As a registered contractor, I will ensure all work complies with building regulations and handle all Local Authority Building Control [LABC] notification paperwork. When necessary, I will issue the customer with an Electrical Installation Certificate, and my governing body [ELECSA] will notify LABC and send the customer a building regulations compliance notice, usually within 30 days of the work being completed.
